Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and profile image from Google sign-in (or your email address if you sign in by email link).

Service data: the brand information, categories, regions and prompts you enter; the AI answers we collect for you; scores, competitors and cited sources derived from them; content packages you generate.

Billing data: plan, billing period, subscription status and payment identifiers from Whop. We do not receive or store your full card number — payments are processed by Whop.

Free tools: the brand/category or website you enter, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for daily usage limits. We do not store your IP address itself.

Support: emails you send to us, including your address and message.

2. Why we use it (legal bases)

To provide the Service you asked for (contract): running tracking, generating content, billing, account access.

To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests): rate limits, fraud prevention, logs.

To reply to your messages (legitimate interests / contract).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Who processes data for us

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Inngest (background jobs), Whop (payments and subscriptions), Resend (email delivery), and AI providers OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and Perplexity.

When we check AI visibility, the prompts you track and your brand context are sent to these AI providers through their APIs. We do not send your email address or payment data to AI providers.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a login session cookie, and a short-lived admin session cookie for our staff. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Account and service data: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete your account.

Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Free-tool usage hashes: 90 days. Support emails: up to 3 years.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email us from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security and children

We use encryption in transit, access controls and signed webhooks. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your data.

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
