PromptRanking helps businesses see how AI assistants describe and recommend them — and what to publish when they don't.
What we do
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask, every week, through their official APIs with web search turned on. We record whether your brand is named, where it appears, which competitors are named instead and which sources are cited, and we turn the gaps into ready-to-publish content packages.
How we work
We only use official APIs — no scraping of chat apps. We keep every raw answer so you can read the evidence behind each score. We never promise rankings: nobody controls what AI assistants say, so we focus on measurement you can trust and content most likely to be cited.
Who we are
PromptRanking is built and run by a small independent team. We publish original research, such as our study of how major websites treat AI crawlers, and free tools anyone can use without signing up.
